A few sites I recommend are listed below. However, you will have to do your home work in verifying all the information for your property of interest. Below are four internet sites that list properties for sale in CR. Encuentra24 is my favorite as I have found several reasonably priced properties. It’s helpful to read Spanish as the listings are mixed with English and Spanish. Also, prices can be confusing as they are in colones and U.S. dollars. To figure out the U.S. dollar amount if it is in colones, just double the figure. For example, 5,000,000.00 in colones is roughly 10,000.00 U.S. dollars.
